TERMINATION & CHANGES POLICY :

The Buyer hold the full of authorization right at any time to take initiative a written change on order or the modification to the Purchase of Order before the final production concerning any of the following:

(1) specifications of the purchase order and data incorporated in the Purchase Order where the items to be prepare are to be specially manufactured for the Buyer;

(2) quantity of the purchase (should be more in quantity or less) but mention before finalize the production quantity;

(3) process of shipment or packaging process.

(4) place of delivery the shipment.

(5) time of delivery.

(6) any other matters what can affecting this Purchase Order.

Buyer can able to terminate the purchase order for its satisfactory factors with proper cause for cancelation, in whole or in portion, at any time prior to shipment by its product categories base. Attach the receipt of such cancelation or cause to rejection of purchase order notice, seller shall be follow the directions contained in such notice buyer give and shall. As required, (a) take action where it’s necessary to cancelation the work as provided in the notice, minimizing costs and liabilities for the cancelation order to consider for SME entrepreneur, and supplier also get opportunity to give clarification about the cancelation. Seller will not allow assigning, transferring any papers, or subcontracting this Purchase Order here under without Buyer’s written consent papers.
