CAUSE OF DELAY:

Sea storm, fires, floods, strikes, accidents, any other natural disasters or other causes beyond the reasonable control for the both parties, which prevent seller from delivering the order or buyer from receiving it, any of the goods and services which is covered by this purchase order, shall suspend deliveries until the causes is resolved.
