INSPECTION:

After delivery of the goods to buyer, buyer has the right to finally inspect the product including test & must be with reasonable time after delivery. The responsibility to provide all product, materials, specification in a latest revision levels goes to supplier. Seller which is defective the buyer has right to reject & return the products for credit or refund. The buyer shall have the right to,

(1) Require seller as soon as possible to correct or replace the product

(2) Remove the goods which is defective

(3) Or collect or manage goods from any other source

(4) And the seller must not deliver the same goods which has been rejected by buyer without disclosing the cause of rejection & Seller must disclose if any corrective action is taken.

(5) And the redelivery must be within the original delivery time or as any time which is direct by buyer or the time which the buyer thinks fit.

(6) All the expense which is occurred due to seller negligence and for noncomplying the buyers instruction shall be borne by the seller under this purchase order

Arista Export shall not give support on quality assurance issues, inspection and testing issues. Payment for any goods or services shall not be deemed acceptance and in no event shall Buyer incur any liability for payment for rejected goods or services.
