INDEMNIFICATION.

Seller must agree to indemnify or defend buyer from any loss damages, liability, action, judgments cost arise due to seller negligence or which is caused for any breach of the terms & conditions.

Quality assurance and inspection, testing issues

Aristaexport.com platform shall not be responsible on the quality assurance, testing and inspection issues. Seller will be solely responsible for the quality assurance and testing issues.

Defamation

Both Parties is under an obligation not to use any kind of statement or any kind of activity which is defamatory and against the company’s fame and images. In doing so party will be responsible for professional misconduct and their registration must be cancelled from the panel.

Miscellaneous

o Supplier and the buyer shall comply fully with this international terms and conditions and must not do any kind of Corrupt Practices , Bribery Act and all other applicable anti-corruption, anti-bribery and sanctions laws and regulations, including those in the jurisdiction in which Buyer is registered.

o In case of any kind of amendment, waiver or modification to this Agreement shall be effective only when made in writing and signed by duly authorized representatives of both parties.

o If any of the provisions of this agreement becomes illegal, unenforceable or invalid in that case it shall not affect the legality and validity of any other provisions of this terms and conditions
