SHIPMENT, DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE:

a. Seller shall deliver the materials F.O.B. to the settled by buyer in the order. Seller must follow every instruction regarding shipping by buyer& seller must properly packthe entire product. if any loss is occur due to seller improper packaging the liability goes to seller shoulder .Only the risk of title shall goes to buyer shoulder when the goods finally shift to buyer. Any rejection or cancellation by buyer which is rightful rejection in that case the liability goes to seller shoulder no matter where the seller is located or where is the business place .Seller agree that any provision against 2-509 and 2-510 of the uniform commercial code won’t be apply for this agreement .

b. Every product shipped will be properly marked with buyer’s purchase order number. Seller shall carry & Accept the final accuracy of every transport & custom documentation to provide the product to buyer & the liability which arises for incomplete shipping or because of failures by seller to comply with the import , export requirements.

c. Whatever is said in this terms & conditions buyer shall have the right and reasonable opportunity to inspect the materials when the product has been transferred to buyer’s place. Buyer will not accept the product until his inspection time has not been expired. The parties acknowledge that buyer may inspect the product with due care consisting of new fact in case of same product. Buyer has the right go revoke or cancel any order or product if it is found to be. After rejection of the offer or any product as soon as possible seller correct the defect service with seller expense including shipping cost. If the buyer is failed to inspect the material, payment for materials this will not relieve buyer’s obligations.
