EXTRA COST FOR SHIPMENT RELATED:

No charges will take extra for cartage/boxing/storage will be allowed unless the supplier cannot afford the cost without advance payment from buyer end here buyer will pay the cost. All goods must be delivered in accordance by buyer’s shipping instructions, otherwise the difference of shipment rate will be charged to buyer.Without any written permission of buyer no replacement of materials or accessories not acceptable.

  COMMUNICATIONS.

Methods of communication for any means of acknowledgement, update, and requesting change of products or others related to purchase order, correction, or addition shall be in writing. Additional requirement regarding communications is as follows:

All communications, requested documents, notifications, acknowledgements, certifications, and other paper works reports must be written in English. External providers shall inform adherent of any changes in its certification, registration, or accreditation within 48 hours of receiving notification about the change.
