RISK OF LOSS ON PURCHASE ORDER:

In details will be passed to buyer at buyer’s receipt of shipment products at destination. Loss of all finish products shall remain in seller until receipt by buyer at his/her destination, though otherwise specified in this purchase order, except for loss occurred by overall stable or willful to deny of buyer or its customer. It is Seller’s responsibility to follow with this purchase order and all quotation documents, and to clarify via Buyer any unpredictability/conflicts in any portion of the purchase order or details referenced documents. If any reason seller fails to fulfill the requirement of buyer to resolve conflicts or inconsistencies, seller will solely responsible for wrong resulting from said conflicts or instability.
